You will get them translated very quickly.  Live Info Consultant: Providing a one to one consultancy service for general information about China. You can use English to ask your questions such as local weather in a certain Chinese city, live transportation information and the average price for a certain kind of goods in China etc. Our consultant will search related information and get back to you with translated answers within 30 minutes. Please note that all the information is based on public resources. CTPC does NOT guarantee the accuracy of the informaion. The cost is 5 points / request plus translation fee for the answers, which is 1 point / 10 words ( for general purpose ). (Available now!)

 International Fax Assistant: Just fax your documents to +44 20 3318 5703 together with your destination number (i.e. +86 21 60000 000) . It will be translated into Chinese and faxed to your destination instantly. Furthermore, we will fax you the translated reply from that destination together with the original copy. You will not be charged for the international fax but only the translation fee at the same rate of 1 point / 10 words. (Available now!) 

International SMS: Send your text message by using our mobile application with content and  receptors' mobile numbers in China. We will send them your message translated on behalf of you. Cost is 1 point / 10 words and SMS are free. (Available from 1st June 2010)

 Mobile Application: After installing the JAVA application into your mobile phone, you will have a personal translator whenever you need. Use your mobile to take a picture of aimed document then Click the send button. The files will be sent to our server automatically under your private folder. The correspondent translation will be sent back to you and you can either brows it in your mobile or download it from internet. The cost is 1 point / 10 words plus 1 point / JPG file format conversion. (Available from 1st June 2010)

 VoIP Interpreter: Call us and you will have your interpreter online 24/7. Also, you can download CTPCtoU Software and have a voice chat with people who also installed this application, accompanied by a live interpreter. Cost is 2 points / minute / user (Available from 1st Oct 2010)

 E-Meeting: No installing required,  login and use our video conference online with Simultaneous Interpretation. cost is 1.5 points / minute / user (Available now!)
